BREATH WORK
WHAT IS BREATH WORK?
Breath is the link between the mind and body. We can use something physical like the breath- something we can feel, measure and work with- before going deeper and working with something as abstract as the mind.
Breath work anchors our awareness and creates profound focus that can either energize the nervous system or calm it down. We are essentially bio-hacking the brain and intentionally placing new functionality into it.

B.K.S IYENGAR
The foundation of all life is a subtle energy, known as life-force energy, that manifests the entire universe. It’s a creative power that is constantly flowing within and around us.
As the energy of consciousness, it regulates our bodily functions. How well it circulates through us affects the quality of our thoughts and emotions.
Breath work is a powerful neurobiological tool to calm or energize the nervous system and purify the energetic system to ensure optimal functioning. Through breathwork, you can feel the universe experiencing itself through you, moment to moment.
While its foundational understanding remains the same, this energy is named differently across spiritual paradigms:

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH VISUALIZEIN360
INTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK
These practices can be incorporated into daily activities to enhance relaxation, mental clarity and overall functioning and performance. This approach focuses on using breath control to energize the system, naturally without medication or caffeine, as well as promote composure and centeredness during stressful situations. It also serves to improve concentration and foster a harmonious state of balance throughout the day.
The key benefits include increased resilience to stress, better cognitive function, and a more consistent sense of well-being. Individuals cultivate a more adaptive mindset and improve overall productivity.
MEDITATIVE BREATHWORK
In addition to integrative practices, we include a more intensive practice aimed at shifting stuck energy and releasing emotional blockages that create a sense of heaviness in the body. These sessions are typically conducted in a quiet, dedicated space where individuals can deeply focus on their breath without distractions. The practice often involves prolonged periods of rhythmic breathing to access deeper layers of the subconscious mind.
This practice facilitates profound emotional release and promotes inner healing to achieve a transformed state of being. Participants often experience a sense of lightness, emotional clarity, and spiritual awakening as they let go of past traumas and negative emotions.
