DR. SUSAN SANTARPIA

Dr. Santarpia is a licensed neuropsychologist, deriving her holistic approach from decades of scientific and therapeutic research. She has operated a private practice, specializing in conflict resolution between couples and families. She also has a dedicated history as the clinical director for an internationally recognized brain rehabilitation and optimization center, and is skilled in assessing and reshaping brain dynamics. Her profound, comprehensive view of mental health is unparalleled in the industry and she is driven by an unwavering passion to help individuals rewire their brains for ultimate peace and success.

SPECIALITIES

TESSA SANTARPIA

Tessa is a peak performance specialist and flow coach, formerly trained under the Flow Research Collective. She studied Kriya Yoga in Rishikesh India, through the lineage of Parmahansa Yogananda. When she returned to the United States she also became a certified mindfulness-based stress reductionist, teaching the art of meditation in wellness and fitness centers, hospitals, university campuses and non-profit organizations. 

As a graduate of Columbia University in the city of New York, Tessa holds degrees in biology, psychology and health management, as she possesses a superior understanding of the interrelated aspects of health. She has a dedicated history in clinical and psychological health research, as well as patient engagement strategy. She has managed single and multi physician practices in both the traditional and integrative medicine spaces.  

Tessa has worked intimately with Shamanic healers in South America, through Colombia and the Shipibo tradition in Peru, studying the therapeutic effects of plant medicine. She is a certified trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator, skilled in helping clients tap into their innate healing intelligence to advance their personal and professional goals.

NINA SANTARPIA

Nina is a certified yoga instructor, who studied at Rishikesh Yogpeeth, in India, the yoga capital of the world. 

She has developed a proprietary method of ‘Visualization Yoga,’ to help practitioners better activate the life forces within. This style of yoga serves to strengthen the mind-body connection to support healing and optimal functioning. 

Nina demonstrates a profound understanding of the esoteric teachings of yoga and works to contextualize them for her clients. More than a practice, Nina helps to develop a yogic lifestyle, rooted in balance between the mental, physical and spiritual elements of one’s life. 

MOLLY KINKEL

Molly is a Pause breath work specialist, skilled in helping others learn to use their physiology to heal trauma, release emotions and connect with their higher selves.

Molly employs breath work techniques to invigorate the nervous system for focus and motivation. She also teaches down-regulation techniques for relaxation and mental clarity. 

PAIGE MCRAE

Paige is an integrative health and fitness coach, skilled in helping her clients reach their full potential both physically and mentally. She prioritizes functional nutrition and mindful eating, as well as mindful exercise routines unique to individuals and their distinct goals and body type.
