WHAT IS VISUALIZATION YOGA?

The term yoga means “union,” a way of being complete within yourself. It is technology for arriving in the present moment, fueled by a creative power to experience a life you most desire.

This style of yoga harnesses the strategic flow of ‘prana’ to enhance the power of visualization. As a practitioner, you will learn to direct your intentions inward to open up the energy centers and create more space and ease within the body. By raising your energetic frequency, the body assumes a state of receivership to more easily manifest desired outcomes and draw favorable experiences to you.

While each of us has a physical body, we also have a subtle, energetic body that influences the way we think, feel and behave. The ‘asanas,’ or physical postures and movements, are ways to gain control over your ‘prana’ or life-force energy body. Routine practice allows you to sustain higher dimensions of energy to raise yourself to a higher possibility of perception so that you can function in more harmonious, co-creative ways. It’s a science that transforms the body and mind for greater well-being. The poses are not goals within themselves, but vehicles for getting to the essence of who we are. 

By strengthening the connection between the physical, mental and energy bodies, a truly transformative experience can occur.

Changing the state of the body automatically changes the state of the mind because the mind and body are a continuum. Nina Santarpia studied yoga philosophy and completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India. She took extensive meditation training to better understand the mind-body connection and how to activate prana through contemplative practice. Aligned with VISUALIZEin360’s quantum wellness training, she helps to contextualize foundational teachings of yoga so that we can better harness their spiritual power in every day life.
